Flip Your Meeting

Time is precious resource in education and there are many strategies that help to make time together more efficient.  One such strategy is the flipped classroom.  The same benefits of flipping the classroom can be realized when you flip your meeting, whether it be the staff meeting, PLC meeting, grade level, or...!  Get the announcements and agenda out ahead of time through email, an ongoing updated Google Doc, or calendar.  Have a colleague share out an EduAwesome story from their classroom.  Then spend time actually "doing" the work, not just talking about it.
